君山银针的泡法
YUANWENBIAOTI:JUNSHANYINZHENDEPAOFA

主要用具:冲泡君山银针。茶具宜用透明的玻璃杯和玻璃杯盖。杯子高度10~15厘米。杯口直径4~6厘米。每杯用茶量为3克。太多太少都不利于欣赏茶的姿形景观。除此之外。还可以准备公道杯、赏茶盘或茶荷、茶巾、茶匙、奉茶盘、水盂、滤网、热水壶及风炉(电炉或酒精炉皆可)等。
冲泡用水:用水以清澈的山泉为佳。其次就是井水等。
冲泡水温:由于君山银针茶一般采摘春茶的首轮嫩芽。比较细嫩。所以冲泡时水温不宜太高。一般掌握在70℃为宜。
